FINISHED!!

I knew I only had room for one chair if I kept the table I'd worked so hard to upcycle...
We're still not sure if the table is staying. It's big - takes up a lot of room, but I adore it! We'll see. (Thinking out loud...)
My pretty little $20 chair all painted and seat recovered with leftover fabric from the King sized duvet. LOVE IT! love love love!!

REHANGING these cornice boards. They've been quite the pain to hang, but they look so good up especially with the blinds up now. Thanks hubby!!

I painted the chest and tried (!!) to embellish it with the same motif as the cornice boards. It's ok...I'm no Martha Stewart, but it works for storage and seating. Score x2!

 love!

There are about 4000 pillows back here! haa!

Sheer curtains I made with leftover cheapo Walmart fabric. They may be too sheer at night with lights on, but I do love them so...

Repurposed blind from home that didn't fit the window we bought it for. Works here just fine!

I'm not so good at panoramic shots...

 Looking good, hub!
We must find a better storage place for this cute little table. Hubby fought me over leaving it in the Travco, but, you'll see, it fits wondefully between the two captain's chairs.
Prissy - our little bobble head!
 (bootleg Pedi...)

Headed over the Jekyll Island causeway. This is the most GORGEOUS island...
Looks mountainous, but really it's just dunes - natural. Love it.
 Jekyll Island Campground!

Love our little vintage rig amongst all the 'others.' Funny, she looked so big at home and seems so small here!

Tried to get a shot of the marsh...
 Gas stove worked beautifully!

 Bird sanctuary at JIC

 Pasta salad...haa!

  1. Thanks for sharing the photo documentation of the work you put into this restoration. I am working on a '73 Travco which I hope to have ready to travel this fall. Your blog has given me some good ideas. You've done a really nice job. Happy RVing!

    1. Thanks, David! It was fun revamping the interior although I'm not sure "fun" would be the word hubby would use about redoing wiring, manifolds, exhausts, wheel bearings, and brakes! (quoted from the hub himself! lol!) We love our Travco and only wish we could go out in her more often. :-)
